Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have a right to cancel your order. To exercise the right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You can cancel by email: firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 01249 656200.
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of the cancellation. We will refund (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount you paid for the products. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the extra cost if you chose a delivery service other than our standard and least expensive method).
This cancellation right does not apply in the case of personalised or custom-made products or any sealed products which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons e.g. mouthguards, underwear, etc.
Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return unwanted items* within 30 days of receiving your order for either an exchange or refund of the price you paid for the item at the time. All returned products must be returned in the original condition with all swing tags attached. All items should be unworn and unused.
Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Return shipping costs are the Customer's Liability We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
*Please note we cannot exchange or accept a return on the following products: Underwear, Mouthguards or Swimwear, that has been unsealed, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, Videos, DVDs, PC and PlayStation games and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty. Customised items e.g. shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty. Please ensure you have the right size prior to ordering personalised shirts.
